Here's the "Scoop":

Your local Library and Twinkle Town Ice-Cream have teamed up to encourage Summer Reading:

• Sign up for the Summer Reading Program at a local Participating Library
• The child then reads a predetermined amount of books that are tracked on a reading card.
• The librarian will verify and stamp the card, which may be redeemed at Twinkle Town Ice-Cream for a free junior soft serve cone.
  
  Even toddlers having books read to them may participate!
